The Project Brief: Design, organize, and execute a live SFX demonstration while managing local press relations under a compressed, two-week schedule. This required end-to-end event logistics, talent sourcing, and cross-functional team management.
The Crew: Coordinated efforts between SFX Artist Jason Zentner, Event Videographer Ven Scott, Model Brannigan Goguen, local press, and downtown venue management to ensure seamless execution.
Event Logistics & Casting: Spearheaded the physical production of the event from the ground up. This included executing a targeted open casting call to source our featured model, directing wardrobe and aesthetic requirements, and organizing the live demonstration workflow at a downtown San Marcos venue.
Media Relations & Press: Managed on-site press interactions and secured pre-event coverage. I coordinated directly with a reporter from the San Marcos Record to schedule interviews and early press access, ultimately earning a front-page feature for the creative team.
Operations & Team Management: Directed day-of-event operations by establishing call times, issuing schedule updates, and ensuring a highly collaborative environment for the artists. Post-event, I compiled and distributed a comprehensive networking roster to all participants, fostering ongoing connections between the local creatives and the press for future projects.

By applying the organizational rigor of enterprise strategy to independent creative projects, I engineered a seamless live event that delivered serious results:
a) Coordinated a multi-disciplinary creative team and managed end-to-end logistics under a compressed 14-day timeline.
b) Spearheaded casting, scheduling, and media outreach, successfully placing a pre-event press release and securing a front-page feature in the San Marcos Record.
c) Packed the house for a live SFX Makeup Demo, bridging the gap between artistic vision and practical execution.
Let's bring your vision to life.
